Who is this loan suitable for?
Our loans are ideal for individuals whose financial structures or income sources may not meet traditional bank requirements. Lendr provides flexible lending solutions tailored to the needs of property investors, developers, and self-employed borrowers.
What types of property can I borrow against?
We offer loans secured against residential property only. We do not lend against apartments or leasehold land. Each application is assessed based on factors like market demand, resale potential, and development characteristics. Properties in high-demand areas, especially metropolitan regions, are generally preferred.
How are my properties valued?
Property valuations are typically conducted by an Approved Valuer. However, in some cases, Lendr may waive the valuation requirement at our discretion.
Is there a penalty for early repayment?
No. You can partially or fully repay your loan at any time during the term without penalty, provided you give 30 days’ written notice.
How quickly can my loan be approved?
In most cases, we can provide approval within 1 to 2 working days.
