We offer loans secured against residential property only. We do not lend against apartments or leasehold land. Each application is assessed based on factors like market demand, resale potential, and development characteristics. Properties in high-demand areas, especially metropolitan regions, are generally preferred.
Property valuations are typically conducted by an Approved Valuer. However, in some cases, Lendr may waive the valuation requirement at our discretion.
No. You can partially or fully repay your loan at any time during the term without penalty, provided you give 30 days’ written notice.
In most cases, we can provide approval within 1 to 2 working days.
